Implied possible cooperation

Another James Bond themed picture!
After having realized that Skyfall's villain Raoul Silva is a Cyberterrorist, and Casino Royal's villain Le Chiffre being a banker for terrorists, all new implications emerged! What if the money that Le Chiffre 'gambled with' was, in part, also Silva's? Something to think about.
This feels like an alternative poster for a Silva-involved Casino Royale movie,
but this scene doesn't show more than the two of them discussing the whole thing; and handing over that stereotypical suitcase full of money. Experimental again.
